Steak Night

We cooked a delicious meal Friday night. I made some Toasted Strawberry Bruschetta ( didn't take a pic) which was toasted strawberries tossed in balsamic vinegar placed on toasted baguettes with goat cheese and baby arugula. They were pretty delicious and a very refreshing appetizer for summer. For the main course we had steaks broiled stove top in butter with seasoning, broiled asparagus and amazing twice baked potatoes. Take a look at the feast below.
