Pre-Grammy Parties
Even though Ciara is serving as the muse for the newest Givenchy collection I do not think this was an appropriate pre grammy outfit. The shorts are to casual and the feathers are just confusing.
I really loved Rihanna's Victor and Rolf dress . She was workin it.
